Choco Peanut

Cup Cakes

Ingredients

  • 100 grams refined flour
  • 30 grams coco powder
  • 50 grams butter unsalted
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 100 grams milk maid
  • 80 grams Peanut Powder (Crush Roasted Gulab Raw Peanuts)
  • 50 grams sugar

    For Topping

  • 100 grams whipping cream
  • 40 grams melted chocolate
  • 100 gram Whole Roasted Gulab Raw Peanuts

Method

  • In a bowl add Milk Maid and whisk in sugar
  • Add melted butter
  • Sift all dry ingredients together and add to the wet mixture and fold.
  • Add Crushed Peanut Powder made from Gulab Raw Peanuts
  • Add some whole peanuts.
  • Pur in muffin mould/tray and cook at 180 degrees for 20- 25 minutes. Take out of the oven and let it cool

For topping mix whipped cream with chocolate and pipe on each cold muffin.
Top with Roasted Gulab Raw Peanuts.
